Consulting

I have consulted to the Australian, Canadian and US departments of Defence on various space law and space security issues. I have been an invited consultant to the UN Institute of Disarmament Research, and an invited expert at the UN Open Ended Working Group on Reducing Space Threats.

 

I design and deliver an annual executive education course on space security for government personnel through the National Security College at the Australian National University, and I regularly give presentations as a consultant to the Australian War College. I have also consulted to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Department of Home Affairs, Geoscience Australia, the Office of National Intelligence, the Australian Space Agency, and given expert witness statements to joint parliamentary committees on issues surrounding space law, sustainability, Space Situational Awareness, technology sharing agreements, and defence and civil space policy and strategy.
